How do gift links work?

We email each person a private link. They enter their own home address and any dietary needs, and their box ships when they've answered. You never need the crew's home addresses.

What does a gift link cost?

$16 a person, Australia-wide: the same as sending to a spreadsheet of addresses. Indicative launch pricing.

Are the boxes OK for dry sites?

Yes. Every box is alcohol-free, so it can go to a camp, a site office or home.

Can we send them for milestones and swing changes?

Yes. Set up a box for onboarding, years of service or the end of a hard swing, and send links as people reach them.

Can you handle dietary needs?

Each person tells us their own needs when they enter their address. Swaps are confirmed when we quote.

How long does it take?

Allow two to three weeks for branded orders (indicative). With gift links, each box ships once that person has entered their address.
